thank you for always supporting aidan! with his hip surgery he just had we have more apts at chop and more check ups with his kidney drs due to him being anemic from the surgery and could use a little bit of help with the travel fees and medical cost that is not covered!

UPDATE!! as of march 12 aidan was blessed with a kidney :-) he is doing well and living like a 9 year old should! we have a long road ahead of us with alot of drs apt and meds that are not covered with insurance, every dollar helps we appraciate your help very much!! <3
9 year old Aidan is in need to help get ready for his kidney transplant to help his parents with daily costs while hospitalized and after.Aidan was diagnosed with FSGS which is a rare kidney disease in 2011 when he was only 7 years old. Aidan was sent to CHOP and was started on medication which then led up to dialysis at CHOP once a week then to dialysis every night in his home which his bedroom which used to be his fun and happy place is now like his hospital room. Aidan has been active on the transplant list for some time now and many people have been tested but we have not yet found the perfect kidney. Aidan was just recently at chop to have a hernia operated on and now is scheduled for surgery to have screws put into his hip. This kidney disease is hitting him at every angle. Aidan misses school alot, hes using a walker to walk now, he cant just be a "normal" now 9 yr old since this disease attacked him and his family. We are trying to rasie money to help Aidan and his parents for their trips to CHOP and for the 2 week stay during the transplant and the several trips a week to chop after surgery. His mother cannot work due to her sons condition so they count on the father who works as a security guard to pay the mortgage car payments put food on the table and normal living expenses. With these trips to CHOP and the upcoming 2 week stay they cannot afford to do it all. Im looking to help this family whos in need... Lets pay it forward everyone and help this family. Its the holidays lets be Thankful for our health and help spread the joy to this lil boy who I must say is one lil cutie pie!
