Jim Partain's Hospice Fund

This site has been established to support the financial
needs of newly-widowed Virginia Partain. Upon the passing of her husband Jim,
Virginia was left with hospice and other costs that were not covered by
insurance.
Virginia has been an English teacher for Paradise High School for 15 years. A pillar of the Paradise community, Virginia has touched the lives of thousands of teenagers and continues to inspire in spite of her difficult circumstances.
Jim courageously battled multiple myeloma for 9 years. Throughout this process Jim maintained a positive attitude and a wonderful sense of humor, characteristics that separated Jim from others in his position. He was loved by all and will be fondly remembered.
