Campaign finance laws limit contributions to $500 per person per calendar year. Corporate contributions are prohibited.

Massachusetts law also requires the disclosure of the employer and occupation of individuals contributing $200.00 or more.

Contributions or gifts to The David Portnoy for Mayor Committee are not tax deductible.
