Dorchester Bakery

Following my passion to bake for others, I bought an old building to renovate into a full-service bakery. I have already invested several thousand dollars of my own money into this project. But with an older building comes unforeseen obstacles and repairs. I live in a small town (pop. 618) with very limited business opportunities. The bakery would create a place for residents to enjoy a cup of coffee and a sweet treat, a luncheon, special order cakes and cookies, and employment for 10 people. It will be the only full-service bakery in the entire county.
