Gaby's New Prosthetic Arm

Donation protected
On September 20th someone stole my prosthetic arm out of my car.  It was myoelectric and I as able to control it naturally with my own muscles, so it was basically a fully functioning arm.  As you can imagine, this has been incredibly upsetting for me and my family.  This makes an impact for me both at work and when it comes to raising my 5 children.

I was born missing my arm, so I never experienced the phantom limb sensation described by amputees.  However, after having the myoelectric arm for the past year things have really changed for me. I truly feel like someone has stolen a part of me. I'm grieving the loss of my arm and all I as able to do with it.

I don't expect to be able to fund raise enough for another myoelectric arm, but I really do need the passive prosthesis. If you are able to help me in any way, I would deeply appreciate the support.
