Kids road to recovery - Boston Marathon

After the heinous acts carried out at the Boston marathon, I sat my six year old son Tyler down and told him that a "bad guy" hurt many kids and adults in Boston. (We had just taken a vacation to Boston last year and he is very fond of the city and all the fun he had there.) I focused my conversation on how many good people there were that helped to save lives that day. I was worried that he would be fearful of the world we live in, however, instead of being worried about the "bad guys" he turned to me and asked what he could do to help. He said he wants the kids to be happy and healthy again! After a long discussion, he decided that he wanted to help kids run and play again.
With a bit of help, Tyler has set up this gofund to try to raise money to help the children with their medical bills that will arise for their prosthetics. As we all know this will be a very long and challenging road for the rest of these childrens lives. For the most part insurance companies only cover a portion of prosthetic limbs, Tyler is hoping to raise enough money to help get the families the money they need to get their children the best prosthetics available. He is also hoping that there will be some left over money to send the kids to some fun camps to play at :) (1 prosthetic cost much more than 10K but that's the biggest number he knows to write :)- we hope to raise much more )
He is asking that you donate any amount you can. Whatever amount raised will go directly to the children injured during the Boton Marathon. Thank you and please pass thing along to all your friends!
