LEAH'S WALKABOUT, PRIDE & RELOCATION

PLEASE HELP ME WITH ME HOPES, WISHES, AND DREAMS. ON MAY 1, 2013, I Will Transition to full time as myself. My Divorce has completely depleted my savings, and I have a lifelong goal of becoming my best true self, and working full time as an LGBT/TRANSGENDER/FEMINIST CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZER/ACTIVIST/ADVOCATE. I PLAN TO RELOCATE TO PORTLAND, OREGON TO DO THIS. 

The end of my near 25 year marriage has been devastating, both emotionally and financially. The savings I had planned to fund my transition and relocation are gone. These changes are costing me everything, all my friends, all my family, my job, and all my finances. 

I am grateful that my Boards and Political friends have not abandon me, and that I have developed an incredible cadre of online friends, especially on Facebook. I am counting on you to assist me in achieving everything I know I truly am, and everything I know I can be and do for the lives of so many others. As much as this is about me, and my authenticity, this is about impacting the lives of many thousands of people in a very meaningful and life changing way. Indeed, I know I can help save the lives of many. My 14 yr old sister's suicide, as well as several Best Friends suicides from anti LGBT bullicide, and my own 20 years of severe depression and near suicide is inspiring me to live my authentic life, throw off all my fake human being self, and be the most positive force for meaningful change I can be.

My goal is to attend several LGBT and Transgender Conferences, to educate myself not only for my transition, but to prepare for my job and career. I will also attend Pride Parades and Festivals, representing my own group TRANSGENDER MORMONS AND ALLIES.  KC, Salt Lake, SE Idaho, Boise, San Francisco, Seattle and Portland are some of the locations. 

I will be doing my traveling by bus, and staying with friends, so my expenditures for food, lodging and transportation will be the lowest cost possible. My greatest need is for help with Conference fees, and Pride participation, as well as my relocation fees to Portland, and establishing myself there. 

I am asking for you help and generous assistance for me to be able to achieve this, the most precious desires, goals, hopes, wishes and dreams of my entire life. I am going to document my entire Life Changing Walkabout, and I intend to write a book chronicling this Remarkable Year. Please be a part of this epic life changing adventure. I will be eternally grateful to you, and you will not regret this. This is my second chance, and I will not let you down. Thank you so very much.
