ACL Surgery

I injured my knee a few weeks ago. My employer doesn't offer benefits so I am uable to afford health insurance.  The doctors say I need an MRI and then knee surgery, as it's most likely a torn ACL.  I've been unable work or do much of anything since the injury.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
