Marco González 22 años de edad. Estudiante de economía en la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He dedicado mis años de estudiante a la participación política, formando parte de la directiva de diferentes movimientos estudiantiles venezolanos, miembro de la dirección juvenil nacional de Primero Justicia (Principal partido de la oposición venezolana). Director de la junta directiva de la ONG Ciudadanía Sin Límites. Fundador y coordinador de la iniciativa “Voluntarios Por Caracas”.
Adolfo Chacon 25 años de edad. Abogado de la Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, ex dirigente estudiantil de esa universidad, actualmente cursando Master en Ciencias políticas e investigador del Observatorio Económico Legislativo en Cedice Libertad.
Fuimos seleccionados para representar a Venezuela en un encuentro de jóvenes latinoamericanos en Chile en defensa de las ideas de la libertad organizado por Fundación Para El Progreso (FPP). Es un encuentro para conocer y discutir sobre los fundamentos, corrientes e ideas esenciales de la libertad de la voz de destacados académicos del mundo liberal, así como los principales problemas y desafíos actuales de América Latina. La actividad tendrá lugar del 16 al 20 de agosto en Santa Cruz, Chile. se tratarán temas tales como: “¿Qué significa ser liberal”; “Las diferentes escuelas del liberalismo”; “Antropología cristiana y economía de mercado”; “Naturaleza humana y Libertad”; “El modelo económico chileno”; “Lo que debiese hacer el estado y cómo se paga”; “Desafíos de las reformas liberales en América Latina”, entre otros temas.
Como muchos saben en Venezuela es ilegal comprar dólares, como medida indirecta para que no salgamos del país los pasajes de avión sólo son vendidos en dólares americanos. De esta manera unicamente puede salir del país quien el gobierno le asigna dólares o quienes tienen amigos o familiares fuera de Venezuela y compran los pasajes desde cuentas en el exterior.
Por este motivo estamos haciendo una recolecta de todos los amigos y conocidos que tenemos en el exterior que defienden las ideas de la libertad en el continente y el mundo.
Cualquier cantidad por muy pequeña que sea, sería de gran aporte para nosotros, debido a las dificultades que estamos afrontando en Venezuela.
Significaría muchísimo su apoyo para poder asistir en este evento y representar a nuestro país, crecer como profesionales y adquirir más conocimientos y experiencia que ayuden a mejorar la situación que se vive en Venezuela. Muchísimas Gracias.

Marco González 22 years old. Student of economics at the Catholic University Andres Bello. I have spent my student years to political participation, as part of the policy of different Venezuelan student movements, member of the national youth address Primero Justicia (Main Venezuelan opposition party). Director of the board of the NGO Citizenship Without Limits. Founder and coordinator of the "Volunteers for Caracas" initiative.
Adolfo Chacon 25 years old. Lawyer Andres Bello Catholic University, a former student leader at the university, currently pursuing Masters in Political Science and researcher at the Legislative Observatory CEDICE Economic Freedom.
We were selected to represent Venezuela at a meeting of Latin American youth in Chile in defending the ideas of freedom organized by Foundation for Progress (FPP). It is a meeting to meet and discuss the fundamentals, current and essential ideas of freedom of speech of prominent scholars of the liberal world as well as the main problems and challenges in Latin America. The activity will take place from 16 to 20 August in Santa Cruz, Chile. discussed topics such as: "What does being liberal"; "The different schools of liberalism"; "Christian Anthropology and market economy"; "Human Nature and Freedom"; "The Chilean economic model"; "The one that should make the state and how to pay"; "Challenges of liberal reforms in Latin America", among other topics.
As many know in Venezuela is illegal to buy dollars as a proxy for the country will not slide plane tickets are only sold in US dollars. This way you can only leave the country whom the government assigns dollars or who have friends or relatives outside Venezuela and buy the tickets from accounts abroad.
For this reason we are making a gathering of all the friends and acquaintances who have overseas defending the ideas of freedom on the continent and the world.
Any amount no matter how small, would be a great contribution for us, because of the difficulties we are facing in Venezuela.
It means much support to attend this event and represent our country, grow as professionals and gain more knowledge and experience to help improve the situation that exists in Venezuela. Thank you very much
