I\'m Homeless! Please Help!

I am currently homeless and I have been for 6 months now. I am 17 years old; almost 18.I am very sick and I can no longer afford to go to a doctor to find out why. My mother, who is almost 60, is retired and has bad back problems. I cannot work because I\'m sick and she cannot find a job. We have no family who are willing or able to help. I do not have a father either.
I have never been to high school, because even when we had a home, we couldn\'t afford to send me to school and I was sick all the time anyways. We couldn\'t afford a specialist doctor like I need. This year would have been my last year in high school. I have always wanted to go to high school, but I refuse to stay back a year. After all this, I want to keep a little pride and dignity. If I don\'t go to high school this year, I\'ll be saving up to get my GED instead. Though that\'s not what I want.
On Friday, August 13, 2010 our house was foreclosed upon. Most everything from our house was lost and what we were able to keep, much of it was ruined or broken anyways. Our only vehicle is a 1993 Chevy custom van and has many problems that we can\'t afford to fix. It\'s expensive but we can\'t afford anything else.
We\'re living at a motel and my mum is doing all she can just to keep us here. Sometimes we go days without anything to eat because we just can\'t afford it. My mum has lost around 30 pounds and I\'m down to 96 lbs.
We need help and we\'ve gone everywhere and tried everything to get it. We\'ve gone to churches and financial help and they won\'t do anything. They say my mum makes too much money on retirement, but she hardly makes any! I just don\'t know what to do anymore to keep from crying. We need help and their\'s no one doing anything to help. No one seems to care and I just don\'t know where to turn anymore.
We need a place to live, our car fixed, a specialist doctor for me, food, etc. We need help and I just don\'t know who or where to turn to anymore.
