Brix needs surgery

Brix is a 10 month Victorian Bulldog. Early this year we noticed under his tongue that a sack that would inflate and deflate depending on his excitement. Vet's didn't know what it was at the time and told us they would research on it and take care of it during his Neutering surgery.

They said they didn't see anything during the surgery and did not do anything. I believe they forgot and didn't look for it. Now he has Salivary Mucocele which is damaged salivary gland that is collecting saliva under his jaw. He looks uncomfortable. 

The vet told us to see a specialist and they confirmed it was the biggest he has seen, The surgery will cost 2300 for the damage area and if the other side of his mouth is named it would be an additional 800-900. We are hoping its just on one side.
