Jeff Holland passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2016. This leaves his children not only without a father, but without his continued income.
Jeff was a wonderful provider and took care of all of us. He was also a pragmatist and had a very generous and giving heart. Although he loved to send me flowers to brighten my day (he was notorious for bringing me flowers and gifts "just because"), he would have wanted any memorials to be more useful than flowers that bring joy for just a short amount of time.
Jeff was adamant that he wanted to provide his children with " a foreward projectory and a soft landing". He explained this to me as him wanting to give them the right push forward but he also wanted them to have a safe and easy place to land when life got hard. This is one of those "hard life" moments.
Hopefully this fund will provide a "softer landing" for them by giving them a litle relief when it it time for them to go forward in the world.
Thank you all for being a part of Jeff's life. You made his life richer and now it is our turn to ease his soul somewhat by remembering him in a way that he would have wanted.

I loved Jeff with my entire being. I still cannot believe that he is gone and I would do anything to have him back. He was our world and the kids and I are better having had him in our lives. We know you feel the same way as well.
