Complete our Brewhouse and Kitchen!

Hi,
I am Joe Minter. My wife Kimberly and I own The Green Dragon Public House in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. 

We opened phase 1 of our business, which is a kid friendly, craft beer gastropub in March of 2014. We have luckily been successful in this operation but are now entering phase 2, which is to start brewing on site.

Thanks to strong sales and private investors, we have ordered and received the "hot side" of my brewing equipment, started build-out in the warehouse space to accomodate the equipment, replaced windows and are now working on the fermentation room. 

But we have a lot more work to do before we can open this side, along with moving the kitchen from the existing converted elevator shaft to more spacious environs to expand our food selection and meet the demands of a larger seating area.

The money from this ambitious goal will be used to purchase fermenters, a heat exchanger, glycol cooling system for the brite beer tanks, piping and valves for the brewery along with converting the old 20 x 20 walk-in cooler space into a true commercial kitchen. There will also be more seating in the brewhouse and we are building our version of Meduseld, Theoden's golden hall of the Horse-Lords to accomodate guests.

We would like to complete this project as soon as possible so we can serve (what I think is) our delicious beer to folks from Murfreesboro, along with offering a much wider variety of Kimberly's culinary treats.

It has been my life long dream to serve "the best brown ale in the Shire" and with your support, we can get this phase finished and be serving our beer when nice fall weather arrives.
