Lift Bridge Brewery is dedicating tomorrow's Townie Tuesday to Billy's memorial fund. Stop in and see us from 5-9 pm. $1 for every tap beer sold will go to the memorial fund, and if you've never tried this local beer - it's awesome. My favorite is the Farm Girl.

There is not the right word...
There is not the right word in the dictionary to describe how I feel about everyone's generosity and love. My brother is smiling down on each of you. Thank you SO much.
We would also like everyone who is attending the mass on Saturday to know we are having a luncheon at the Lake Elmo Event Center to celebrate Billy's life. Please click on this link for directions: http://www.lakeelmoinn.com/event-center.
At a later date we are also going to have a "benefit" though we are not fond of that word - we prefer to call it a kick-ass celebration for Billy. Details will be coming soon.
My heart is beyond broken due to the loss of my borther, but the love and support you are giving to my family melts what is left of it. Thank you.

Our beloved Billy Meister has been taken to heaven, and only God knows why. His father, Bill (Pooker) Meister, his mother, Brigid Conway and I (his only sister) will love and miss him forever. He was one of the sweetest souls and only had good thoughts about people. He was very talented and full of life at 22. He will forever be 22.
I never imagined the day I would be working on a memorial fund to help pay for his funeral, but today I am and words are not coming to me easily. There has been a flood of emails, calls, texts, and facebook messages from those who loved Billy and his family asking us what they can do to help. If you can donate $5, $20 or whatever you can... this will help with the financial stress that comes with burying your loved one. The bills are already piling high, but we are going to give him one hell of a celebration on his way out - no matter the cost, because he deserved it. Any remaining funds will go to the Special Olympics and the Northland 300 Snowmobile Race that he was so proud to participate in.
Gratitude and love to those who are praying for us, thinking of us and contributing. God bless you all.
