Help PTS and the EMS Memorial Bike Ride

After a few years of being spectators for the East Coast route of the EMS Memorial Bike Ride (www.muddyangels.com), members of Physicians Transport Service (PTS) have decided to become active participants. This year the bike ride is May 18-May 24th from Rockland, Maine to Collingdale, Pennsylvania.

We are raising money to fund expenses for the trip as well as to get donations for the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride and the Fallen Angel Fund.

This is a particularly important year for us to participate as one of our former employees/co-worker, Josh Weissman, lost his life in the line of duty February 9, 2012 (while working for the City of Alexandria). We are riding to remember Josh and the countless other EMS providers who went to work set to help people and never returned home.
