The Babe: party time for d'unusual

Take a 1972 Open Road motorhome with about 70k miles and cut the top off, leaving a 4 foot wall. Remove the fixtures except the bathroom and replace with 16 bus seats. Add some audio and lights for effect. Voila! A party bus!
But not everybody can climb the ladder. So, find and install a overused wheel chair lift. Now you have something that Burning Man needs! 
But it's a 1972 and has been sitting for a decade. The engine is fine. The transmission, too. But the radiator needs a new core and the front brakes need major repair. 
We could use some enhancements to our lightshow. And better (louder) audio amplification. That may show up on its own. 
For now, the need is radiator and brakes. 
Help will be greatly appreciated by some who know the challenge of getting around. They deserve to tour like everybody else.
