Nika Needs Teeth!

I'm transgender but it took me many years to come to accept this about myself and do anything about it.  I live full time as female now and haven't been happier.  

Before coming to accept being transgender, I was in a deep depression for more than a dozen years.  During this time, I neglected my health sorely especially my teeth.  I allowed them to rot in my head.  Most of them are beyond saving.  My eight top front teeth are black stumps.  My molars and lower teeth aren't much better.  

I am in constant mouth pain and suffer nearly every illness that is going around because my immune system is compromised.  In the last year, I've had two severe abscesses one of which could have killed me had I not gone to the hospital.
