Let’s Raise Money 2B Cancer Free!

Good day. My name is Fiona Borland. I'm a member of the Canadian Forces, the United Way representative for my unit, and a Breast Cancer survivor. Last year, after raising almost $5300 for our fundraiser, "Operation Chrome Dome", my Commanding Officer graciously shaved her head in support of my journey. This year it's time to celebrate.  I'm cancer free! My Commanding Officer has once again offered up her locks for the cause, at a higher price. $10,000. Sounds like a tall order, but if last year has taught me anything, it's that I'm stubborn and determined. This year 1/2 the money raised will go to the BC Cancer Agency, where I received my treatment  In light of the recent loss of musician, humanitarian and great Canadian Gord Downie, the other 1/2 will go to the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer research. Our goal is to have the money raised by 14 Dec 2017. Then the locks come off!
Please help me raise this money so that others can continue to be as fortunate as I was to receive such amazing treatment.
