New Home Rescue Fundraiser ! :-)
Together as buddies for years.
The Standardbred Fan Club and Horse Rescue (www.StandardbredFanClub.com) has found a new home on a ten acre property in South Surrey.
While the new premises are being repaired and restored, the horses are in a facility where they are healing and convalescing.
Little Cuteney as the children call her has been an inspiration and teacher to many.
At this time my priority is to restore the well being of my horses and myself which will involve restoring and doing the repairs on our new home so that the horses can be brought to the premises and enjoy the peace and comfort that nature naturally brings. The 10 acre property has quite a bit of overgrowth of blackberry bushes and the barn needs some TLC.
Below are some photos of what needs restoration, and/or removal and repair:
I am fundraising actively again to complete the work and would appreciate any donations in kind or a financial donation.
Old mattresses, couches, misc items need to be removed.
There is some movement of frame on the barn although it is a sturdy barn otherwise.
Blackberry bushes have overgrown on some areas and need to be removed.
Lets work together to build the greatest home we can for the animals.
Thank you for your support and kindness.
We will also have our social get-together when everything is going better again.
Sincerely and thank you for your support and help,
Felicia and the horses, and Hamlet
