The Andes have a complicated geography and climate change has hit hard in Perú bringing down the mountains furiously through towns and cities. All the country has been affected by floods and landslides like never before. Donate here with a loving heart and a generous pocket. Although the country needs millions, we would love to have this account open for a few weeks and do our little part with your help.

As a Peruvian performer outside of my country I feel the responsibility to use my public persona to raise awareness about the natural disaster affecting my people, as well as highlight the fact that this is a manifestation of global climate change.
My band Inka Jam in conjunction with the Peruvian restaurant Las Primas in Portland Oregon are setting up this fund adding to Las Primas onsite collecting till which will also be receiving donations of shorts and t-shirts for the affected people who have lost everything. The Peruvian consulate has designated Las Primas as the collection center for Oregon.
Additionally Las Primas restaurant and InkaJam will be donating 20% of our income during Saturday March 25th. Our performances are always full, so this is by no means an opportunity for advertising to our benefit.
