Fighting Cystic Fibrosis with Iron
Donation protected
Some build using bricks, wood or steel. I'm using Iron. I have set a goal of raising $7,000 to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis and I'm going to do it by becoming an Ironman.
My son Clarence Julian was born with cystic fibrosis and every day of his life has been (and always will be) spent fighting against this incurable disease.
To raise money and awareness, on September 29th, 2018, I will be traveling to Cambridge Maryland to compete in Ironman Maryland. This is one of the worlds most challenging endurance races. First a 2.4 mile swim in the Choptank river, then a 112 mile bike through the Blackwater Wildlife refuge , followed by a 26.2 mile run. Total= 140.6 miles.
Please help me to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and their mission to cure CF.
After completing the race, I will be donating the funds raised to the CF Foundation.
