Low cost solar housing

I am attempting to raise money for a friend to build 2 shelters on my property. Both are going to be 14x14 with solar paneling and hopefully a bathroom between. Ultimately it will allow him to live independently.

Currently he is without a job and less than 30 days from eviction after his wife left, has 3 cats, and needs a permanent residence. I am looking for the cheepest option for him.

If the wish list is possible (50,000), I don't mind purchasing the home in my name or his. You all let me know what you think.

Thanks so much for looking. He needs the help. He's aging out, needing dental work, working on getting disability, and has very little hope. I hope ya'll help his candle catch fire again.
