OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS YOU.

We are Hands Out Outreach, a subsidiary of Strong Hands Nation Church. Our purpose is to introduce ourselves to the community and let them know that we are here to help. Our goal is that our presence will strengthen our community through ministry and outreach to "break out" the community of poverty, dependency, unemployment, crime, miseducation, poor health, lack of education, HIV/AIDS and any other stronghold formed to prevent advancement and prosperity. Our hope is that individuals within the community will be impacted by our ministry and outreach and be compelled to become a part of the ministry; and thus, help us help others.

Here are a few statistics:
-14% of Dallas County residents live below the poverty level.
-24.5% of Dallas County residents have not graduated from high school.
-Particularly in the southern sector, Dallas County had a shortage and may distribution of primary care and specialty physicians.
-In Dallas County, 20% of residents reported their mental health was "not good" for five (5) or more days of the last thirty (30).
-Dallas County has the highest HIV-infection rate in the state --31.4 cases per population in 2013.

.... again these are just a FEW statistics. We are in need of funds to assist us help individuals be a self-sufficient part of the community.
