Hope That Helps: Kenya Mission Trip

Hello everyone! Friends and family included....in recent months, God has been teaching me more and more about genuine servanthood. He has also poured out his heart for the fatherless and the broken. With that, He has opened a beautiful oppourtunity for me to travel down to Uganda and Kenya in Africa this summer. For those that know me, I have travelled down to Dominican Republic 3 times in the last 3 years for missions work, and God has shown me his heart for people with every passing year.
This summer I will be partering with Hope That Helps, along with 7 of my brothers and sisters in Christ to spread the Gospel in Africa. Along with the Gospel, we will be providing villages with humanitarian aid, medical supplies, along with teachings of the Good News! We will be visiting refuge homes for young girls that have run away from arranged marriages and genetalia mutilation, bringing spiritual healing to their open wounds. We will also be ministering and encouraging local churches, speaking on local radio stations, and even visiting a prison.
How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns! - Isaiah 52-7
When: July 25th to August 8th
Where: Uganda and Kenya, Africa
Above any donation that can be given, I believe that prayer is the more powerful way to impact a people and nation!
Prayers:
1. That God will wreck the hearts of those I/we encounter and share the Gospel with, and that His love with transform their lives.
2. A spirit of unity and power for my mission team.
3. That God will keep us and protect us.
4. That the Lord will continue to prepare me as I get ready to serve Him on this trip.
I am so thankful for this opportunity and that I have been able to share my excitement with you. God has given me so much and I want to be able to give back others. Showing them how truly awesome God is and how much he loves and cares for them.
