Layla's Surgery

Layla was hit by a car today 3/22/14 she needs surgery the vet said she can't live the way she is...I put $1500 down but I need $500 more by Monday Morning 3/24/14 or they are going to take her off the surgery schedule. There will be more fees for the after care. My heart is breaking if anyone can help or knows someone who can help PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP. Please pray for our Layla. Thank you all.
