Sadly Jacob was riding his bike Wednesday September 16th 2015 and was struck by a vehicle. Jacob passed away September 17th 2015 due to his injuries. The family is helping other families by donating his organs. Why don't we reach out and help this family in time of need and help them and provide them with love support and prayers. RIP Jacob.
