<div>As experienced Philmont trek advisors, we know the profound impact a Philmont Trek can have on a young person seeking hope and meaning. All youth should have the opportunity to build the confidence and character needed for a successful life. Philmont crews are youth-led, with Scouts responsible for activities, schedules, navigation, cooking, cleaning, and safety.
