<div>We’re building the UK’s first rapid-access lending library of workplace equipment — so disabled people can borrow adapted chairs, captioning software, ergonomic keyboards, and other tools within days, not months. Alongside this, we’ll provide mentoring and training, making sure people not only get the kit but also the confidence to thrive in work.
