<div><strong>Why are we doing this?</strong>

<div>We met in 2019 and soon realised that we share the same values. Growing up in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, everything around us was centred on diet culture and the pressure to always be "smaller." Finding strength training changed our lives, improved our mental health, and completely transformed how we view our bodies.

<div>Together, we have almost 20 years of experience in the industry.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But we feel like a vital space is missing in Lichfield.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to create a safe empowering space, built entirely around women’s health. A place where women can learn how to lift weights and get strong.
</div>
<div>We will host seminars on pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, and offer a no-nonsense, BS-free approach to nutrition.
