<div>My name is Kayla, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister Kensley and her husband Alex. They are the proud parents of a beautiful little girl, and they’re currently preparing to welcome their baby boy, Walker, into the world.

<div>Just two weeks before Walker’s expected arrival, they received devastating news: he has been diagnosed with TGA (Transposition of the Great Arteries) — a serious congenital heart defect in which the two main arteries leaving the heart are reversed. This condition requires open-heart surgery shortly after birth and an extended stay in a specialized hospital, far from home.

<div>As you can imagine, this has turned their world upside down. Instead of preparing for a joyful homecoming, they are now facing weeks — possibly up to six — away from their daughter, their home, and the life they know, all while navigating the uncertainty and heartbreak that comes with a medical crisis.

<div>So many of you have asked how you can help, and it means more than words can say. That’s why I created this GoFundMe — to give friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers a way to support them during this incredibly difficult time.
