<div>Black women in the UK are almost four times more likely to die during pregnancy or childbirth than white women. Many face language barriers, cultural misunderstandings, limited access to tailored healthcare, and a lack of community support. The challenges don’t stop at birth — children in these communities often face gaps in early years support that can affect their health and development for life.

<div>That’s why we created Victoria’s Smile UK — a registered charitable organisation dedicated to empowering ethnic minority mothers and their children aged 0–5 through culturally sensitive care, advocacy, education, and community support.
