<div>Our good friends, the Herberts, are facing the unthinkable: a serious childhood illness. As some of you may know, Charlie had a tumor on his spine that was initially believed to be benign. Tragically, that was not the case. Charlie has recently been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of childhood cancer.

<div>The road ahead will be long and incredibly tough — physically, emotionally, and financially. While the Herberts have been very reluctant to accept help, those of us who know and love them know how overwhelming this journey will be. Between time away from work, medical expenses, travel, and daily living costs, the challenges they face will be overwhelmingly unimaginable.
