<div>Jase is undergoing a below the knee leg amputation after being denied timely care at a local hospital. By the time he was transferred to a facility that would treat him, it was too late to save most of his leg. This devastating outcome has forever changed our lives. We have started the application process for disability, but it could take 6 months to a year to find out if he is approved.

<div>He is now receiving care in a hospital several miles from home — a place that’s finally providing the medical attention he desperately needs. But the distance, paired with the lack of reliable transportation, has created overwhelming hardship. Our only vehicle is old ,and unreliable, and unable to make the trip. Due to the loss of jases wages, my income is currently taking care of our entire family, and there is no extra money to try to save for a down payment
