<div>We are a team from Wells of Life, Uganda, a WASH organization with its HQ in California, US. We are trying to help the child of one of our devoted employees. Her name is Brendah Nakyanzi.

<div>Brendah has been our employee since April 2019, and she has been going through a difficult situation with her infant daughter, now 3 years old, being born with Sickle Cell Anemia. Despite the hardship she has constantly faced, she continued to do her job well as her daughter's well-being depends on the income she and her husband are earning.

<div>Through our organization's programs in rural Uganda, Brendah has helped to improve the live standards of many children and give them hope and a better chance to a brighter future. She is one of our organization's boots in the field. One of our home heroes.

<div>Now it is our turn to help her.

<div>Over time, we've tried to seek solutions in the USA, but the surgery is too expensive (around or over $200k).

<div>Now, Brendah is requesting our help again, but this time she has been in contact with doctors from India and prepared all documentation for the surgery to take place in India.
</div>

<div>The total amount she is requesting help with is $67,000 which includes the surgery (bone marrow transplant from Brendah to her daughter), all medical bills, transport, accommodation, and meals for three months.

<div>Please find attached all hospital documents, the breakdown of costs in an Excel document, and a letter from Brendah's doctor. Or request all documents to be sent to you and we shall send them right away. GoFundMe had no options of attaching any documents to the campaign.

<div>I am kindly requesting, if possible, the help of a few people who would be willing to share this budget and help Brendah. Her daughter doesn't have much time, and if the operation is not done soon, she can die from a brain stroke, or if she is lucky, she can live for a few more years while going through excruciating pain every week.
