<div><strong>Autismopolis </strong>est un organisme dédié à la création d’un environnement inclusif et bienveillant pour les personnes autistes. En juin 2025, nous avons fait l’acquisition d’un immeuble avec un projet ambitieux : construire <strong>24 logements adaptés </strong>pour des personnes autistes, afin de leur offrir un cadre de vie stable, sécuritaire et respectueux de leurs besoins.

<div>⚠️ Un obstacle inattendu met notre projet en péril
</div>
<div>Malheureusement, nous faisons face à une situation juridique complexe. Une personne prétend être locataire de l’immeuble, bien qu’elle n’y réside pas réellement. Elle y entrepose simplement des objets et tente de bloquer la démolition prévue à la mi-septembre 2025. 
</div>
<div>Cette démarche abusive a pour effet de :

<div>•	Retarder le début des travaux jusqu’en mars 2026 (si nous obtenons gain de cause devant la Cour supérieure) ;
</div>
<div>•	Mettre en danger notre échéancier et la livraison des logements ;
</div>
<div>•	Engendrer des frais juridiques importants pour défendre nos droits ;
</div>
<div>•	Menacer la stabilité financière de l’organisme.

<div>Autismopolis is an organization dedicated to creating an inclusive and caring environment for autistic individuals. In June 2025, we acquired a building with an ambitious project: to construct 24 adapted housing units for autistic people, offering them a stable, safe, and respectful living environment tailored to their needs.

<div>⚠️ <strong>An unexpected obstacle is threatening our project</strong> 
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, we are facing a complex legal situation. Someone is claiming to be a tenant of the building, even though they do not actually live there. They are merely storing belongings on the premises and attempting to block the planned demolition scheduled for mid-September 2025. 
</div>
<div>This abusive action is having serious consequences: 
</div>
<div>• Delaying the start of construction until March 2026 (if we win our case before the Superior Court); 
</div>
<div>• Endangering our project timeline and housing delivery; 
</div>
<div>• Generating significant legal expenses to defend our rights; 
</div>
<div>• Threatening the financial stability of our organization.
