<div>Ahoy! My name is Wendy Parliament, and I’m raising funds to support my life partner, Isa Rosli, and his beloved sailboat, <em>Olleanna</em>, as he prepares for one of the most demanding ocean challenges on Earth — the <strong><em>Golden Globe Race 2026</em></strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Mission</strong>
</div>
<div>In September 2026, Isa will set sail from Les Sables-d’Olonne, France to compete in the <strong><em>Golden Globe Race</em></strong> — a solo, nonstop, around-the-world journey via the five Great Capes… with no GPS and only 1968-era technology.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This race is a rare tribute to human endurance and seamanship. Only a handful of sailors in history have completed it. Isa is determined to be one of them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>️<strong>The Work Behind the Dream</strong>
</div>
<div>Since May 2025, Isa has been living aboard <em>Olleanna </em>at a small boatyard in Frossay, France, pouring every day, every ounce of energy, and every resource he has into getting her race-ready.
</div>
<div>The boat needs extensive love, repair, and upgrades to withstand nearly a year alone at sea. Isa is doing much of the work himself — sourcing parts, learning new skills, and slowly bringing this classic vessel back to life with his own hands.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It’s an enormous undertaking, bigger than either of us imagined. But Isa has never wavered.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We’re Fundraising</strong>
</div>
<div>A fellow sailor recently reached out, unprompted, wanting to support Isa’s journey. That simple act of kindness sparked something — a growing encouragement that Isa isn’t in this alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your contribution, no matter the size, directly supports:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	Essential repairs and materials
</div>
<div>•	Safety equipment required by the race
</div>
<div>•	Boatyard costs
</div>
<div>•	Daily living expenses during the rebuild
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re not able to contribute, your well wishes and shares are just as appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>From Isa</strong>
</div>
<div>As Isa wrote recently on Instagram:
</div>
<div>“<strong><em>Just do good to each other and smile with full heart. May God bless you. InsyaAllah.</em></strong>”
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping Isa and <em>Olleanna </em>chase this extraordinary dream.
