<div>I started my business a year and a half ago, and it all began with a simple video of me training my brother Shay, who has disabilities. That video changed my life. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of individuals with disabilities—people who may feel anxious, shy, or struggle with low self-esteem.

<div>What I’ve learned is that fitness isn’t just about movement. It’s about confidence, belonging, and feeling accepted exactly as you are.
