<div>I’m Carmen Serano-Gingles, an actor, trauma-informed life coach, and storyteller. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals on their healing journeys, while navigating my own path of transformation. Now, I’m pouring that lived experience into my debut memoir, <em>The Beauty Between the Breaks</em>, a book that weaves together raw storytelling, sacred healing practices, and collaborative art to offer something both intimate and expansive.

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is mended with gold, this project invites us to see our wounds not as shameful, but as places where our strength and beauty shine through. It is being created as a companion for anyone who has ever felt broken and longed for a way back home to themselves.

These include visual art, poetry, song lyrics, guided practices, and soulful reflections that deepen and expand the emotional landscape of the story. It is the heartbeat of a larger movement that invites us to reclaim our truth, honor the places we have been broken, and remember our inherent worth.
