<div>Bonjour à tous! Je m'appelle Suzie Auclair, je suis compositrice et guitariste classique. Étant atteinte d’une maladie génétique dégénérative très rare des tissus conjonctifs, je réinvente actuellement ma façon de créer en musique, composer et jouer. Je collecte des fonds pour la réalisation de 2 vidéos:

<div><strong>1) Un documentaire-scénique</strong> qui mettra en lumière ma démarche artistique, mon processus créatif et les défis que j'ai dû relever pour réussir à composer dans ma situation de handicap où le corps a des limitations physiques. (sortie : novembre 2025)

<div><em>Hello everyone! My name is Suzie Auclair, and I am a composer and classical guitarist. Suffering from a very rare genetic degenerative connective tissue disease, I am currently reinventing my way of creating music, composing and playing. I am raising funds to produce 2 videos:</em>

<div><strong><em>1) A scenic documentary </em></strong><em>that will highlight my artistic approach, my creative process and the challenges I had to overcome to succeed in composing in my situation of disability where the body has physical limitations. (release: November 2025)</em>

<div>Suzie Auclair est une compositrice, guitariste classique et pédagogue québécoise reconnue. Lauréate de plusieurs prix et bourses, elle a remporté entre autres:

<div>•	1er prix au Concours international de composition pour guitare classique Baltic Guitar Festival 2023 en Lituanie;
</div>
<div>•	« Mention spéciale » au renommé Concours international de composition Certamen Miguel Llobet 2024 en Espagne;
</div>
<div>•	3e prix en composition au Festival international Drôme de guitares 2023 en France;
</div>
<div>•	Prix spécial des Éditions Bergmann lors du très réputé concours international de composition Aalborg Guitar Festival &amp; Competitions 2023 au Danemark;
</div>
<div>•	Médaille d’argent lors de l’événement international Guitar Olympiad 2023 en Grèce dans la catégorie composition;
</div>
<div>•	Médaille d'Or honorifique aux Paralympiques de la guitare 2023 en Grèce.

<div>Madame Auclair a également été honorée en 2014 à l'Assemblée nationale du Québec, où elle a reçu au Parlement le prix du Mérite municipal dans la catégorie « Citoyen » pour avoir contribué de façon exceptionnelle au développement de la communauté et des arts. Tout au long de sa carrière, elle a offert de nombreux concerts et récitals en solo, duo et petits ensembles à travers le Québec et en France. Elle s'est également fait entendre à plusieurs reprises à la télévision et à la radio au Québec et à l'étranger.

<div><em>Suzie Auclair is a composer and classical guitarist from Canada (Québec). She has received several international composition awards, such as :</em>

<div><em>•	1st Prize at the Baltic Festival International Classical Guitar Composition Competition, Lithuania, 2023.</em>
</div>
<div><em>•	Special mention at the prestigious International Classical Guitar Composition Competition Certamen Llobet 5th edition, Spain, 2024 (among 54 works from different European, Asian and American countries).</em>
</div>
<div><em>•	3rd Prize in composition at the International Festival Drôme de Guitares, France, 2023. </em>
</div>
<div><em>•	Bergmann Edition’s Special Prize at the renowned Aalborg International Composer Competition for Classical Guitar, Denmark, 2023 (among 40 works presented).</em>
</div>
<div><em>•	Silver medal in the Composition category at the Guitar Olympiad, Greece, 2023 (112 countries / 350 guitarists).</em>
</div>
<div><em>•	Honorary Gold medal in Paralympic at the Guitar Olympiad, Greece, 2023.</em>

<div><em>Suzie Auclair has also received seven grants from the Québec Arts Council. She was honored in 2014 at the National Assembly (Parliament) of Québec, where she received the Municipal Merit Award in the "Citizen" category for her exceptional contribution to the development of arts and culture.</em>

<div><em>Since her debut, Suzie Auclair has given numerous concerts and recitals in solo, duo and small ensembles throughout Quebec and also in France. </em>
</div>
<div><em>Throughout her career, she has been heard on television and radio in Canada and in other countries, giving performances and interviews on live and recorded programs.</em>
