<div>Hi, my name is Madelyn Delamontanya, and almost two years ago I adopted my black lab, Colt, who has truly become my best friend.

</div>

<div>Unfortunately, after adopting Colt, I learned that he had been in a serious accident before coming to the shelter—something I was never informed of at the time. He had injuries to his tail and a broken leg that required pins to be placed. Over time, those pins weakened his leg and ultimately led to him tearing his ACL.

</div>

<div>Colt is now in pain and urgently needs x-rays and corrective surgery so he can walk, run, and live comfortably again. As a college student, I’m doing everything I can, but I simply cannot afford the full cost of his medical care on my own.

</div>

<div>Colt has been there for me through everything, and I just want to be there for him now. Any donation—no matter how small—would mean the world to us. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser also helps more than you know.

</div>

<div>Thank you so much for supporting my sweet boy
