<div>On September 27th, beloved indigenous artist, activist and devoted mother Noël Bennetto Herkes Tekai passed away, leaving her miracle baby Comet, now a toddler, to navigate life ahead without their mother.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Comet was her reason to fight during her extended battle with cancer; their bond was her medicine that kept her alive far beyond the initial prognosis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Comet is now watched over and protected by her spirit forever, and we are calling in Noël’s community for support. This fund, a space for Noël's community to gather around Comet, ensures their creative, educational, emotional, and developmental growth throughout the years.

<div>Any and all donations are welcome and will be used for Comet’s basic needs, educational resources, therapeutic supports, and life milestones.

<div>Thank you for your support,
