<div>The WTO Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to education, literacy, and technology across underserved communities in Nigeria and Africa.

<div>Our goal is simple yet urgent — to make learning accessible for all, especially in communities where opportunities are few and resources are scarce.

<div><em></em><strong><em> Our First Major Project: The WTO Community Library</em></strong>

</div>
<div>Right now, we are building the William and Teresa Okorie (WTO) Library — a ₦200 million (about $130,000 USD) community library and learning center in Umuduru, Mbieri, Mbaitoli LGA, Imo State.
</div>
<div>For generations, this community has produced bright, hardworking students — but with no modern library, no internet access, and few safe study spaces, their dreams have been limited by circumstance.
</div>
<div>The WTO Library will change that.
</div>
<div>When completed, it will include:

<div>•	A modern reading hall filled with books and learning materials
</div>
<div>•	A children’s section that sparks imagination and joy for reading
</div>
<div>•	A digital learning suite with computers and internet access
</div>
<div>•	Solar powered Library
</div>
<div>•	Internet connectivity powered by StarLink
</div>
<div>•	STEM, literacy, and youth innovation programs for students and teachers
</div>
<div>This will be the first privately funded community library in the region — a safe, inspiring space where curiosity can thrive and young minds can dream boldly.
