<div>Hi, my name is Wendi Farbstein. Due to a series of significant and ongoing health complications, I am reaching out to the community for support.

<div>I am currently navigating active flares of Systemic Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Ulcerative Colitis. My medical history also includes Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, heart disease, and kidney disease.

</div>

<div>These conditions have severely impacted my ability to work; I have only been employed for six months  for 2 months at a time, out of the last two years. The severity of my situation recently led to an 11-day hospitalization with subsequent complications.

</div>

<div>My medical journey continues with scheduled procedures this month, including a heart catheterization on the 15th, followed by an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. As a single individual managing these challenges alone for many years, I sincerely appreciate any support the community can offer during this difficult time.
