 Valerie was involved in a devastating car accident on I-95 in South Carolina while traveling with his sister-in-law, Rufina Tolmacheva, and her children to Virginia to attend the baptism of Rufina’s 18-year-old son, Elijah.

 Tragically, Valerie, Rufina, and Rufina’s 15-year-old son, David, passed away at the scene.

 The Tolmachev family has a separate fundraiser for the funeral expenses of Rufina and David, as well as medical expenses for the surviving children.

</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>

<div>
