<div>Peacekeepers are trained volunteers who help to keep the peace at a public protest. The Upper River Peacekeeping Collective in New Mexico is here to help maintain a non-violent tone at local rallies and public protests. We work closely with local groups planning demonstrations and communicate with participants, organizers and others. We are skilled in de-escalating conflict and help to maintain the goals of the demonstrators. This work is needed more than ever these days and we are dedicated to continuing to fill this need. We believe in the right to protest.

<div>The funds collected from this GoFund Me will be used to support Peacekeeping education and training in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque and allow us to buy the equipment we need (vests, walkie talkies, transportation needs, etc.) to continue our work safely.
