For over 30 years, the Phillips family has been a pillar of strength, wisdom, and love for us all. Many of us were blessed to hear Billy’s teachings — wisdom personally passed down to him by the Rav. To have known Billy, to have learned from him, or simply to have been in his presence, was truly a blessing.
