Members from the Brooklyn Defender Services, Bronx Defenders, Neighborhood Defender Services, and others have authorized strikes with overwhelming majority support in order to drastically improve conditions at their workplaces.

Their core demands include: liveable wages and workload provisions so that workers can provide the highest standard of representation. Together we can support those on strike in demanding a new standard across the legal services and advocacy sector.
