<div>The Saipan Paddling Club (SPC) women's team has been training for the upcoming Micronesia Cup held in Palau on October 24-26 in the sport of Va'a.

<div>To attend, we need to raise funds to cover our flights, with a current total of $7,000. With limited time and a significant goal, we are reaching out to our community, friends, and family for help.

<div>Va'a, a traditional Polynesian outrigger canoe, is historically known for inter-island travel, fishing, and voyaging. The modern Va'a sport began in Tahiti and Hawaii, and now paddlers from all over the world come together to race in competitions held internationally.

<div>The Micronesia Cup is a regional outrigger canoe race that has been hosted since 1999 between Guam, Saipan, and Palau, with participants from the region and beyond.
