<div>On July 27, 2025, Shannon’s husband, Eric, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack. His death was sudden and heartbreaking.

<div>Shannon and Eric shared a strong partnership, and losing him has left a huge hole in her life.  She now faces the challenging task of caring for her two young daughters and managing their home alone.

<div>On top of that, Shannon has been trying to find a way to move back to Kentucky to help care for her parents who are in need of medical support. Even before this tragedy, she was under a lot of pressure. Now, she’s trying to hold everything together — even looking for a second job — while navigating this loss.

<div>As her friend, I want to support her in any way I can. This fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden Shannon is facing so she can focus on her family and take the time she needs to grieve.
