<div>Scotty Long is an avid bowler and is quite good. A couple of weeks ago, Scotty was getting his bowling balls out of his trunk and got a very painful sharp pain in his side. It hurt so bad, he went to urgent care right away. They took some blood work and sent him home, only to call him as soon as he got there to tell him he needed to go to the ER immediately.

<div>Upon arrival, they admitted him and did additional tests, diagnosing him with <strong>stage 4 cancer of the liver</strong>. After a few more tests, they found he also had a large cancerous mass in his esophagus. He has started chemo, but he is unable to work, and Michelle, his wife, is currently unable to as well because he needs help, so their daily bills as well as unexpected medical bills are piling up. <strong>Scotty has several procedures being done, and they are not sure when he will be able to return to work.</strong>
